We'll do your initial quote and design using your blueprints or personal measurements. Before it's time to finalize your project and place your order, either your design specialist or one of our experienced field liasons will visit your site to verify all measurements.
Certainly! We will ensure that all products look and function properly. Whether it’s cabinet finish, doors and drawers opening, hardware components moving and functioning properly, and more. We will also cover and back the products we sell, correcting any defects or undesirable traits that are a result of production or shipping.
Problems due to incorrect or haphazard installation practices, excessive abuse, or improper usage, will not fall under the scope of issues we cover. However, it is always the goal to assist our clients throughout the process and beyond completion to make every reasonable effort to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Even in circumstances where the problem was created by the homeowner/installer, we will work diligently to help fix it and keep the cost to the homeowner as low as possible.
We do! All clients get a free preliminary quote with a prospective design view of the cabinets. Once both you and the designer are ready, we’ll move forward with a small design deposit which is applied to your project.
We devote focused attention to each project to ensure a seamless, high quality installation. We can take the lead on your installation, make suggestions to assist you in securing an installer you can work with directly, or work with your builder and their installers throughout the process, offering expert advice and assistance with a very "hands-on" approach.
