The customer contacted us regarding "hazy" windows obstructing her view of the lake. After an assessment, we found two separate mulled windows had Low-E failure. Together we decided on replacing those mulled windows for one large picture window, fixing eliminating her Low-E failure and giving her a beautiful and unobstructed view of the lake and pool deck that she deserves!
