Hello from your Account Coordinator

In collaboration with Erin Turner, Best Kitchens of Tennessee Account Coordinator

As your Best Kitchens Account Coordinator, I’ll be your dedicated point of contact from the moment your cabinets are approved for production on through delivery and final installation. My role is simple: keep your project moving smoothly, handle the details, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way. I’m proactive, so you don’t need to worry about the hard stuff or working to stay updated. That’s what I’m here for - I’ll do all of that for you with updates along the way 🙂

Here are my top tips to help your project stay on track and stress-free:

Regular Check-Ins

I’ll be scheduling check-in calls at key milestones so you always know where your project stands. If anything changes on your end (or ours), we’ll catch it early. Clear, consistent communication helps avoid surprises and keeps everything running on schedule.

Delivery Preparation Tips

  • Dedicated drop-off space: Please prepare a safe, dry, space for the delivery.
  • Access and timing: Make sure the delivery team can easily reach the drop-off spot. We’ll coordinate the exact date and window with you in advance.
  • Keep your phone handy on delivery day — things can shift quickly, and I or the delivery team may need to reach you.

Working Closely with the Installers or Contractors

Good coordination makes a world of difference. It helps to know when floors will be finished and when walls are up so we can schedule delivery at the optimal time. We also prepare internally to make things as smooth as possible for any other teams we might be working with. All with the goal of your satisfaction in mind. I’m happy to loop in with your contractor directly if needed — just let me know.

Invoices and Final Details

Your invoice is due on or before delivery. I’ll send it ahead of time so there are no surprises. After delivery, I’ll follow up to make sure everything arrived as expected and that you’re happy with how things went. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll take care of them right away. At Best Kitchens of Tennessee we always go the extra mile, so I’ll be in communication with you several times after we’ve delivered your cabinets.

We’re All on the Same Team

Even with a dedicated Account Coordinator, you’ll still have full access to your designer for any creative or design-related questions. We work together as one team — designers, coordinators, production, and delivery — to make the entire process smoother for you and the crews on site. Bottom line: Communication is a courtesy that pays off in big ways. The more we work together and stay flexible, the better the outcome. If you have questions at any point, I’m just a call or email away. My job is to handle the logistics so you can focus on enjoying your new space.

I can’t wait to work with you!
